These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zagreb, Croatia. For EU users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
